What is the ART-Tool?
The ART-Tool (Anomynous Reporing Tool) is a digital platform that allows students and researchers to contact us easily, safly and anomymously.
It is designed to give you a space where you can share your concers, report problematic sistuations or even give feedback. Also to raise stuctual issues or just to tell us what is not working
The point is: Sometimes is is difficult to approach representatives in person. The ART-Tool lowers that barrier and makes it easier to speak up.
Pls keep in mind that the ART-Tool is not a replacement for emergency services or legally binding.
If you have an emergency situation, please contact the appropriate authorities and university or help services directly
Why does the ART-Tool exist?
Our Job is to advocate for your interests and improve study conditions but we can only act if we know what is happening. Therefore the Tool helps us understand the student experimences and identify the problems to intervene when necessary and to impove the communication.
The Tool is not oly for reporting reious incidents, so feedback and suggestions are also welcome
Report and Response
The ART-Tool is anonymous. So the System is designed to protect your identity. Any information you choose to provide is handled confidentlly and only accessed by the responsibe representatives.
The New Response Function allows you to check wheter we have responded you, to continue the conversation or receice updates and to continue the conversation
This allows us to clarify situatons and provide better support

The ART Tool is managed by members of the student representatives who are committed to supporting students and improving study conditions.

Aki
Aki is our great Artist. They are planning and helping with our new Art projects and is the master mind behind the great RV Party posters
Xaver
Xaver helped and ran the old reporting tool and is an amazing supvisor. Thanks to him we have an idea how to run the new art-tool
David
David is our IT-Specialist and was resposible for setting the tool and website up.
Special Thanks to Margaret, Manu and Clara from Doc Nawi who started the Art tool back during their election time from 2021 – 2023
